Since implementing the recovery toolbox, and some tips of how to work smarter from Flip the Switch, I have now found some renewed energy and am looking to set new goals. My next big step is eating / drinking right / physical fitness.

]]>Thanks for this article and the re-charge lounge. I also recently finished reading Flip the Switch and have been utilising the Recovery Toolbox since I began reading it. The book and the recovery toolbox has dramatically improved my performance and being able to enjoy down-time.
